When deciding to get married by planning an Adirondack Mountain elopement, you get the beauty of rounded hills and a blue gaze that goes on for miles. Sarah and Mitch make the mountains of the east coast look amazing as ever, and made me fall in love with the secluded back roads of Keene Valley, New York.
Watching the two of them say their vows in front of the most stunning floral set up by Moss Brook Roots made me think of how I need to jump back into my wedding attire, and pick an Adirondack Mountain elopement spot for an anniversary with my husband. Seriously, so damn stunning.
What was even more stunning was the view from the top of Experience Outdoors!! At first look you might not think of this spot as a wedding venue. They offer zip lining and quite literally a fun outdoor experience for an adventure, but they proved me SO wrong. We took the ATV 4 wheeler up the mountain to the summit, where it opened up to the most gorgeous view of the Adirondack Mountains near Lake Placid. When I tell you this venue has all the spots a couple could want for an adventure elopement, you best believe me. We were able to get woodsy vibes, open views, along with the most gorgeous area for an intimate gathering about half-way up the mountain. If you’re considering planning a micro wedding or small elopement, Experience Outdoors is one place you wanna look at!
